Sporadic internet outage last three days

Our Xfinity internet service has crashed several times a day over the last three days. The crashes happened occasionally before this week, but this week it has become ridiculous. One moment we are connected, then the connection goes out. By the time I contact Xfinity on my phone app, it often, but not always, comes back up. Very frustrating when you are trying to get work done.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here or here

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?
