Speed way down/ modem errors

Hi All!

 

Around 4 days ago my speeds went from ~250Mbps (my plan speed) to nothing over 30Mbps. I'm having lots of connectivity issues too and noticed lots of T3 and other errors in my cable modem logs. Tech support said nothing appears odd on my line and it's a cable modem issue. I was wondering if anyone can interpret these and see if it's something going on with the modem or something changed/broke upstream from my house. I'm having no issues wiht TV/DVR. Thanks!

Interestingly my modem log isn't showing any of the errors posted above since yesterday. I'm still unable to get over 30Mbps download speeds. Didn't know if this helps pinpoint a problem to the modem itself (as tier 1 support claimed) or something more upstream. Thanks!

 

EDIT: Now both my cable boxes are totally down (1 DVR and 1 non). One has error RDK-03004 and the other is RDK-03003 which are perhaps related to my internet issues.
