Slower Speeds with XB7

I had an XB7 installed today from my own T25 due to the new data usage charges. When I did a speed test from a wired connection on my pc that has both a 1GB and 2.5GB network port I do not go about 300Mbps. Prior to this swap I was never lower than 680 and at time I would pull 1.2Gbps. I Reset the xb7, tested with nothing plugged into the unit but a laptop that has a 1gb NIC and still the same. Thoughts?!?!?
