Slow speeds

Slow speeds

Good evening. Our church here has a business account with comcast. Speeds last week were tested and we were getting download speeds above 50mbps. Now it is between 2-10mbps and uploads are in the mid 20's. I have tried several ports in the modem and restarted it but still having slow speeds.
