Slow Internet
I usually get 250Mbps down but a few hours ago it dropped to about 30Mbps. I looked at my Arris 6580 modem and it looks like there is an issue with channels 2,3 and 4. I've already power cycled the modem and reconnected the coax. Any ideas what would cause what I'm seeing and could this be a reason for my slow internet speed?

First. Try power-cycling / rebooting the 6580 to see if it will range for and lock on to a new / different set of possibly cleaner downstream channels.

I've already done a soft and hard power cycle and nothing changed.
