So I bought the 1G internet last year with Xfinity. However, in the recent speed tests, I only get approximately 500Mbps speed.
(This speed test is against Xfinity's own test server. Slower with speedtest.net)
This is just a kindly reminder, don't buy Xfinity's Gigabit tier network. It's slow as 500Mbps and cost you almost twice as much.
I spend at least 10 hours per day on computers between Albuquerque and Los Lunas several times per week. For the past week the internet has been slow in both locations. That would usually indocate a problem with the servers downtown. I'm not entirely sure but... Facebook in Los Lunas is eating more bandwidth as well, so... I wouldn't have said anything about it, but finding Albuquerque AND Los Lunas to have slow Internet is too much to be a coincidence.
