Severe packet loss and disconnection issues 4 months now - July is month 5
Internet/phone/cable signal loss every 10-15 minutes for 4 months now with no help from comcast- I can't even get through. Daily, repeatedly unplug and reset modem to no avail. I do not have a cell phone so my attempts at internet chat and phone chat to resolve issues fails. My nieghbors are also experiencing intermitinet daily disruptions for the same time frame. Going to go one month month before switching back to different carrier. Anyone else experincing this issues- daily???
