Service/Modem upgrade but slower download speeds on eero

Just upgraded from Performance Pro+ to Blast Pro+ in hopes of improving our upload speed but our download speed via WiFi slowed down significantly despite upgrading both our modem and service. 

 

Our wired connection is fine (~330 Mbps down/10 Mbps up). We're only experiencing the slower speeds on our wireless connection (1 eero pro/2 eero beacons) which were previously giving faster speeds. 

 

Things that I've tried:

- power cycling modem

- power cycling eeros

- setting XB7 xFi gateway to bridge mode

- swapping back old modem (even this returned the same slow download speed despite being the exact same configuration prior to the upgrade)

... but still no luck. Has anyone else come across a similar issue? How were you able to resolve it? Thanks!

 

Previous Setup

Modem: Arris SBG6580

Download Speed: ~230 Mbps

Upload Speed: ~5 Mbps

 

New Setup

Modem: Xfinity Xfi Gateway XB7

Download Speed: ~115 Mbps

Upload Speed: ~10 Mbps
