Welcome to the Xfinity Forums, ozgajobs!

We appreciate you reaching out to us with your multi-ip request. As EG mentioned, it has been phased out in most areas, and checking your local rate card is a great way to check that!

Regardless, I'd be more than happy to go over that with you and help confirm if that is an available service for you. Please send me a private message with your first and last name, as well as your service address so I can assist.

There are several threads about this. Generally, Comcast does not offer multiple IP addresses to residental services.

First, check the "Rate Card" for your local area to see if that feature is even available anymore. Seems that it is being phased out;

https://www.xfinity.com/support/rate-card/

It's a PDF.

Scroll down to "Xfinity Internet" and look for "Additional IP Addresses".

If nothing is listed then it's likely to have been discontinued in your local market area.

I don’t see it listed there, however I do see people on this forum getting it without it being listed on that pdf. It seems like pdf. Can someone from Comcast confirm? I can chat privately and give you my info. Thanks

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
