My connection usually tops 100mbps - for years. Today after noticing things running too slow I ran a speed test and find I have <30mbps. I've don't all the stuff here - reboot computers router and modem and the result varies between 25 and 48mbps. I went to the Comcast website and told the AI bot (I presume) and it said it would reboot the gateway and check again in 12 minutes. After 12 minutes I was told the gateway had rebooted. Still have the same slow speed. So I initiated a chat on the wb page and was informed everyone is working from home, expect longer wait times etc. without any indication that I was in line. Just a prompt to ask another question. Anyone else? What's up? Thanks if you can help my work demands the speed I'm paying for because my work demands the speed.
