I recently received the new x1 gateway and now my Ring Central VoIP phone drops calls all the time. I have replaced the phone still drops. I replaced my extender with the x1 pod the phone still drops. I replaced the cable the phone still drops. Please note I don’t lose internet. It seems that for some reason the new gateway thinks the call is over and it hangs up. I can pick up the voip phone and call right back but within a few minutes it drops again. Please help!
