Reregistering/ activation of modem over and over

I keep losing Wi-Fi and getting redirected to the activation section even though I have already activated my home equipment. I can get ahold of an agent and I have registered/ activated my modem several times as well as doing the ten sec unplug thing. Any sugestions?
