I am working at home!

The trace continues past the timeouts at hops 5, 6, and 8 and reaches the destination, so the timeouts are probably not significant. Please see https://www.dslreports.com/faq/14068.

FWIW, the destination server is in Brazil. Considering the distance, those latency / RTT numbers are likely to be expected.
