Request for a second IP address for my new modem SB8200

I bought a new modem to support a gig speed but now I noticed I can use only one port in the modem. i heard from other users , in order to activate 2nd port i need to request ISP to enable it .
can you please help me with this.

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic.
