Repeated system crashing

I've had to remotely reboot the gateway three times today alone, and 5 times in the last 48 hours.  But it seems there is no one available to talk to and the troubleshooting says there is nothing wrong.  I have only just upgraded to the xFi and it seems I've completely wasted my money.
