Hi, We have kids doing school from home and in the last couple weeks our internet was dropping frequently. I recently upgrade speeds and installed a new Motorola MB8600 today.
Twice today we've gotten kicked off. Once while hosting a business skype call.
I went into my logs and I got:
sync timing synchronization failure - failed to acquire qam/qpsk symbol timing
Also post the modem's signal stats.
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
