I have tried everything from restarting my modem/router to resetting my computer to factory settings. I got a new laptop for work and worked with our IT department to set up my VPN connection. The computer and VPN worked great for four days until my modem and router were unplugged. After being plugged back in, I could no longer connect to my VPN. My IT guy cannot figure out what is going on. Does anyone have any advice or input? I have also deactivated advanced security and restarted my gateway.
