I'm having trouble working at home by connecting to my company branch computer. The common point is that if I use the Mobile Hot spot, the connection works well, but if I connect with xfinity, the connection is not possible. And the branch offices that are not connected are using xfinity business. Other branch computers that don't use xfinity business will work fine. It is certainly not a port forwarding or security issue of the branch office. I am having a lot of trouble because of this problem and I am seriously considering canceling the xfinity service. Has anyone ever encountered this problem and solved it?
