Refund/Discounts for lack of product
Over the last month, our internet/Wifi/TV has been performing horribly. Our channels constantly go in and out of SD/HD, it freezes, pops up connectivity errors. On top of this, our evening wifi signals have been week and prevents us from using iphones and tablets.
I realize that COVID may be playing part of this, but in the evening, internet availabililty shouldn't have changed much, as that's when internet has heaviness of use.
Anytime we've called, we always get the same response, "please unplug your TV boxes", "please restart your modem", etc...
Is Xfinity/Comcast going to start providing discounts or partial refunds since it's not living up to it's performance goals? I hate paying $200/mo. for $100 of service (if that).

There are other options. Google for WiFi repeaters / range extenders, WiFi mesh systems / pods, powerline ethernet adapters, MoCA adapters. Good luck !
