admin is the default username and password is the default password.

if the default isnt working and you already changed it and forgot you will need to factory reset your modem. use a pen or something to hold down the reset button on the back of the modem for ~30 seconds to factory reset. then you will have to connect to the default wifi listed on the sticker kn your device

Thanks, I will reset the modem.
I remember my last password but it is not working. Something is phishy!!

Bear in mind that you will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch.
