I absolutely have the same problem and also note that I’m only getting download speeds of about 40-60mbps when I’m paying for 600mbps . I’ve done everything... swapped out their gateways several times, bought my own modem, replaced all the lines in the house, replaced the line coming from the Comcast junction box to the house. I even plugged my modem directly into the junction box and it’s the same nonsense. Slow speeds and constant connection drops, and it has nothing to do with WiFi because it still happens when I’m hardwired to the modem. Spent hours on the phone with them trying to get them to listen and they say there is nothing wrong. I am 100% convinced this is a line issue in my neighborhood past the junction box for my street where my line is being fed from. But they won’t send anyone out here to check it.
