I have the same problem with Zoom, Webe, and WhatsApp.  It is very frustrating.  My PC does not have an ethernet port on it, but I have a second wireless router connected to the Comcast router and I have the same problem with both wireless connections. 

 

I also have removed all of my XFI pods because they cause other problems with printing, sonos, and wifi calling.
