Re: Xfinity, please fix your upstream equipment. It is leaving us with a half-working connection.
I love how no comcast rep is acknowledging the crazy amount of posts from people who are experiencing the EXACT same issue.
They sent me a new modem because I guess they figured everyone's modem decided to take a dump at the same time.
I've talked to support multiple times, clueless and useless. It's just time to cancel and go with a different provider until they resolve this issue.
