Not sure how old this post is but I started having this exact problem over the past three days. My previous modem died and they replaced it with the newest model. The installer told me it would restart a few times that night while it updated itself. Three days later it is continuing to do that. If that continues throughout today, I'm going to call in but I'm dreading that. Their Customer service is always a hassle. I'm wondering if you ever got your issue resolved and if so, what you did.
