I am in the middle of working from home when the internet goes out right when I’m online with a customer. I try to call Xfinity about this issue and I can’t get through in chat or on the phone! What’s going on here?! And you really expect us to pay for a service where we can’t even contact a human?!

I had the same thing happen today except out while county went out in the middle of online school classes. Teachers and kids in Westminster and sykesville and other parts of carroll county went out. I go to report it on the auto not chat and it won't let me do it. Says it doesn't know what I'm saying. I literally just said... Reporting an outage. It said no reported outage in your area. I was like uh duh, I'm trying to report it!! There is no report button like there used to be and I can't find a contact number to report it. So ridiculous. But they have a monopoly so I have no access to another internet carrier!!
