2 days in a row now I have woken up to no internet. Check the logs and it shut down due to a t4 timeout. New drop in the yard a few weeks ago. Only one splitter from the line coming in the house to the modem.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? 

 

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

The stats are o/k. It may be a capacity / traffic congestion issue due to the pandemic.
