Re: Random disconnects have come back

I have been having similar random disconnect issues from the internet.  I have rebooted my cable modem dozens of times (both locally, and via the xfinity site).  Wifi networks appear to be OK but I loose connection to the internet, every few days.  Sometimes, multiple times per day.     I can't rely on it for business anymore.   Any suggestions??  Help would be appreciated.

I have been having the same issue for months, fought with xfinity countless times about the issues. I replaces ALL of my cables (seriously ever single coax and cat5 in the entire house) - no change. I've been through 5 routers/modems (2 of my own purchase and 3 xfinity's)

They just charged me $100 for a tech to come out and it did not resolve the issue - still fighting with xfinity over the charge. I've done a fresh install of Windows and updated all of my drivers.

It's completely random. I can go a month and never disconnect then all of a sudden I get disconnected every 5 - 10 mins for weeks at a time. I've literally gotten disconnected twice while typing this. It's infuriating and xfinity doesn't seem to give a you know what. 

I'm so sick of them. My advice is if you have another option go to their competitors. Lord knows if I could I would have 6 months ago. I have come to HATE xfinity!
