I am in the same boat as you are. Good luck. I can tell you that in my case, all of the disconnects started happening once we started getting heavy summer rains. One tech said he found water in an outside line and replaced it, but it has not fixed the issue, and the signal (in my case) drops every time it rains. Maybe this info will help track down your issue.
