Re: New service installed today, already cutting out
When the internet actually works, nothing is wrong with it. The problem is that the gateway suddenly disconnects often and shows a solid red light which according to the support page for the XFi advanced gateway means "We're having trouble connecting with your device". The wifi output is not the problem as devices can still connect to the network but show "Connected without internet".
