Re: New line into aparment, new modem, same T3/T4 timeouts.

I'm having the exact same issue this past month after close to nine years of uninterrupted service. Same errors, same upstream problems, even the same modems (a nine-year-old SB6141 and now a new Netgear CM500)!

 

EG, I appreciate your advice through the multiple threads that I've looked at but I've spent the good part of a day re-running coax, ditching splitters, and testing everything again only to be rewarded with the same dumb results. 

 

What does someone have to do to get Xfinity to really check things out on their end?
