Having the same issue on my end, it’s been about 7, 8 days since this started. My signal is constantly resetting itself with no input form our end. Doesn’t matter the device, or connection (i.e. WiFi, hardline, phone, PC) . We’ve had 2 tech visits, multiple calls, and 3 new modems. None of this has solved the issue. We’ve had this service for years, no change in any way, this is the worse experience we’ve had with xfinity. At wits end with this, since we have to work from home.
