I've been having the exact same problem with my T25 in NJ -- it reboots between 12:10 and 12:20 AM several days a week, if not every day on some really bad weeks. I've had my signal levels checked and nothing seems out of whack. What I have noticed is that the reboot tends to occur on a day after a certain number of uncorrectables accumulate, which tells me that this might be fixable with a software update from Arris. Here are my levels for good measure:
