Similar problem and error messages. Replaced modem and router. Connection dropped and restored 16 times in one-hour Zoom meeting. Rebooted multiple times. What does it take to talk to an actual, local human, because the automated system just takes me around in circles. A friend of mine ended up bribing a Verizon crew to come look at her problem, but I haven't seen a Comsat human in weeks (in Washington, DC).
