I'm wondering if this was ever resolved. I am having the same exat issue with the same exact modem for almost the same amount of time. I got upgraded to the 600 Mbps service in March and bought the modem then. Everything listed in this conversation is verbatim what I have been going through.
A tech will come out and the service will work for a day or so and repeat itself. I did get one tech to run a new line all the way from the pole and the service came back for almost 2 weeks, then back to the same stuff all over again.
