I'm having the same issue even sent a tech out they said nothing wrong but speed test right next to modem is 44.9. Forum no help and customer service no help so I'm looking into other providers
Thanks for providing a screenshot of your speeds. Were you able to review the link provided by @RobertWy? I'd be happy to check your signals and for any issues at the node that may be contributing to your issues if this hasn't been resolved.
