My internet is not working and I am seeing clients for mental health issues on an emergency basis during the Covid-19 pandemic. My internet is not working and WiFi gets disconnected when I am on a video call or the screen freezes. I have tried reaching my local internet service and can not find a way to get a real person to check the outside of my home to see if that is where the internet problem exists. Phone for direct contact for services is needed as well as any other thoughts. The modem is not lighting up at all. Thank you.

Are you saying that the main "Power" indicator light is not lit either ?
