Internet connection dropping throughout the day for 30 min to 2 hours at a time. I am considered an essential worker in the healthcare industry and find it impossible to work from home effectively. Modem shows all lights green but there is still no internet connection. Netgear has confirmed this is an xfinity issue but phone reps cannot resolve the issue and refuse to send a technician.
Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
