I am having similar issues, though I don't have the know-how to check all those logs the way you did with yours.
Last night I counted the wifi dropping 6 times in just 10 minutes. No other devices were on, all the kids were in bed, it was just my desktop.
During the day, we have online school and work for all 5 of us... we don't seem to have many connectivity issues for our 3 other computers and 4 handheld devices. However, the desktop cannot seem to hold the wifi connection. It drops our zoom calls, stops in the middle of an internet task, and requires that I go into settings to disconnect / reconnect each time, only to hold the wifi connection for just another minute or two.
I have been online to Xfinity website trying to get help, but the only thing I could find was a "chat" option. Trying to use it was no use, there wasn't even a field for customers to type in their questions. An offer to help - but not an offer to listen. Other than that, no other customer service options are made available, so I was led to this forum instead.
I was able to find a way to file a complaint about the customer service, but that wasn't my original problem needing fixed.
I feel stuck, I have no idea how to fix this problem and it doesn't appear that I will have an opportuinty to get conectivity assistance from Xfinity if there isn't even a way to contact them directly.
Anyone have any ideas?
