same issue here need some serious help please

 

cant even watch a youtube video on tv without buffering

I’ve had 15 consecutive days of significant outages and it’s impossible to talk to anyone at Comcast/Xfinity who cares at all. I’ve wasted so many hours on their App and on the phone with them. Pretty awful support.

im so glad to know its not just me. all i need is assurance that it is not on my side and is comcast sided issue due to covid. it has me bugging since more then a month and now i cant handel it.
