Re: Internet drops connection every hours.
I am having the same problem and also at the 100mbps speed. The connection drops every 5 - 10 minutes. I'm working from home so it's a big problem with video conferencing and also really annoying with gaming. Streaming media is largely unaffected.
Comcast made adjustments to my modem but the problem isn't resolved.

Hi @xanderale ,
I still have this issue and contacted second Comcast specialist here now. He started to look at my issue but he first mentioned that "Everything looks fine".
What I just try is to set the router speed to the lowest one (~50Mbps), and I have the internet speed is ~ 16Mbps which is much lower than 100Mbps of my plan.
It seems stabler than before, but I am watching it from now to see if internet drops happens or not.
I will update the result tomorrow per this setting.

No luck with the lower speed in Wifi router.
I will keep the default setting in the router.
