We have the same problem and are told everything is fine as well but we still keep having signal dropping issues.  This needs fixed.  We are working from home due to COVID and this is not a workable situation.  We are using all of Comcast's equipment too since I am afraid if we switch to our own router, Comcast will help even less than they do now.
