I have been having connecting troubles for the last 4 days. All I get from Xfinity is a generic message about a service outage in my area and it should be fixed by 3-26-20 after 4 pm. Since nothing has been done and I can’t get in touch with a human, I’m not confident that will happen. As a teacher trying to learn how to do remote learning is hard without internet.
