I'm having the same issue. I don't notice a spotty connection, except when I'm using zoom - my screen freezes and I receive the message "unstable internet connection." We replaced our gateway about a week ago.

I am having the same issue. My Xfinity modem/router is plugged in to computer (new MacBook Pro) directly through Ethernet and download speeds are around 800MBps. But on Zoom, the sound drops out and/or image freezes for 8-10 seconds every few minutes. Incredibly frustrating as I am teaching lecture courses online.

The only "fix" I've found is to have zoom call my phone so I'm not using wifi for audio.
I have the same problem. I joined Xfinity a month ago and it was fine for the first two weeks and then I started getting Zoom to freeze every 10 minutes. I even got the same freeze when I connected my laptop directly to the router using ethernet cable.
I am using 300/10. How disappointing it is!!!!! My $80/mionth goes nowhere!!!
I would love any ideas/tips to avoid this?
