I am having the exact same problem. I can connect my laptop directly to the modem by hardwire and monitor my connection. The connection drops for 800-900 milliseconds every 10-15 minutes. I'm assuming that's enough for the conference call to drop. All I hear from support is "everything is working like it should" I have logs to prove the issues and they do not want to see them. Very disappointing to have this expensive high speed internet and cannot work from home.
