We are experiencing this exact same issue. T1 agent was no help. I called and reported this and a tech came out to our house March 20th...continued since then, but I was told the supervisor told him it was a part that needed to be fixed and they were waiting to come in. I assumed it would resolve. It has continued to get worse. Now I am being todl they can't find any issue. I dont know how to run those reports but we get a not connected to wifi error at least twice an hour. This is extremely frustrating.
