Re: Internet and TV frequently dropping

Ever since Tropical Storm Isaias swept through NJ last Tuesday, August 4, I have daily problems with my Internet, which also affects my TV and phone since I subscribe to the Triple Play service.  I have tried all the usual remedies; ie, unplugging the modem and plugging it back in.  I usually rely on an ethernet connection since I find Xfinity WiFi to be unreliable.  I spoke with a Comcast rep on Thursday, and she indicated that work was being done to enhance the Comcast experience.  Whatever is being done has made my connection 100% worse.  My Triple Play bill is not inexpensive; and for the amount I'm paying, I expect reliable service.  What is the problem?
