I'm getting the same thing, with an Arris TG1682G. Been happening for 3 days. Xfinity support told me they'd need to send a tech out to troubleshoot, but they can't because of COVID. Didn't so much as offer a bill reimbursement or anything for the trouble.

I've done all of the Tier 1 stuff to no avail. Comcast has determined they need to send a tech out to check the wiring outside...which they won't do because checking the outside wiring might somehow expose a tech to COVID-19 when there's no one outside to expose them to it?
