I have the same problem, except there doesn't seem to be a pattern in terms of when the signal is "unstable". I get the same line every time I talk to an agent - reset/refresh (they always try that and of course it works). The Xfinity person I spoke with today told me that the problem was taken care of. I was steamed - how can they make that statement when I told them I got dropped at random times?This company doesn't deserve to have customers, but there's the old "rock and a hard place". I've tried att and that was worse. There could be an issue with splitters ( I live in a 4 unit townhouse).
