Re: Internet Connection Lost, Arris T25 Modem frozen
Mine is doing it as well. It seems to be weekly, but happened twice this week. I have to figure out how to get that log like you posted. I have had my T25 about 8 months and this started about 2 months ago. I thought it was my router but realized that it was working because I can see my security cams which are wired into the router through a POA adapter and resting just the router didn't help. I had to unplug my modem. Did you resolve your problem?

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

We were having many disconnects with T25 and found out about the bad Intel chips.
'There is actually a Class Action suit against Arris for modems with the Intel Chips.
Arris was not being any help with a refund, or different modem without the Intel chips, so we ate the Arris T25 modem and will join the law suit.
We went ahead and ordered a NETGEAR CM-1000, and it has been flawless. Our downstream power were a little high some evenings 8 to 10 on a few channels. We are close to the pole so I added a 6db forward pass attenuator, which doesn't affect Upstream power, and here are my modem stats.
