The same thing has been happening to my internet signal. For the past 2 month, my internet drops like very 30 minutes while I'm working from home. I have called in and they sent me a new modem and it seemed to fix the problem for a couple of days and now it's doing it again. I will have to find another service if this continues because I can't work from home like this. Did you ever get a resolution?
